LEMON SAUTÉED SPINACH

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bag of baby spinach
  • ¼ cup of pine nuts
  • 3 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
